I found out that we are from the Strathearn district of Scotland, and that Condie is our Clan name. We lived in the hunting lands of the royals and we fought for the nobles and royal family's of Scotland (for Robert the Bruce when he liberated Scotland). cant find our family Tarter (or plaid), probably because we were a small clan, know for being tough and such. The Lyon on the shield and on top of the helmet stands for nobility and such. I found all this out at the Scottish Fest. Rob |
